Bluegrass Soy Sauce is microbrewed using only Non-GMO soybeans, grown exclusively in Kentucky. Processed using soft red winter wheat and limestone filtered Kentucky spring water. The resulting soybean mash is aged and fermented in re-purposed bourbon barrels giving this unique soy sauce a distinct oak aroma. Bluegrass Soy Sauce is slightly viscous and velvety on the tongue. This soy sauce presents with a sweet and salty forward and a distinctly smoky bourbon finish.
