Description/Taste
Produced under strict supervision of the Consorzio of Pecorino Toscano in the Val D’Orcia, this Toscano is aged about 6 months and has superior flavor and texture to many of its competitors. Its firm texture carries a rich, nutty flavor with lingering hints of butterscotch. Imported from Toscana, Italy this cheese is made from 100% sheep’s milk.
