Pata Cabra is a washed-curd cheese produced in Aragon, Spain from pasteurized goat’s milk. The cheese is aged a minimum of two months and has a fruity and mildly pungent flavor with acidic and tangy notes. Pata Cabra is delicious on salads and pastas or spread atop a pizza.
