Queso Manchego from Los Altos is produced in Northern Mexico and is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. Queso Manchego is fresher than hard Manchego and is designed to be a melting cheese. The cheese has a creamy and butter texture with a slightly tart flavor. The cheese is ideal for sandwiches, pastas, and bakes.
