Description/Taste
Rose hips are the fruit of the wild rose, left behind after the petals drop off. Rose hips have a deep red color, and sweet, citrusy, almost cranberry-like taste. The tart flavor lends itself to making jelly, jam, soup or oil, or to flavor tea.
