Olive Oil Caviar are pea sized spheres of high quality olive oil encased in a thin gelatin-like casing. After biting into the thin layer of gelatin the spheres pop, releasing the fruity and grassy flavors and silky texture of the olive oil. These beautiful spheres are the perfect garnish for everything from amuse bouche to entrée, gazpacho to sushi.
