Myzithra is a salty, semi-hard sheep’s milk popular in Greece and the Mediterranean. Commonly grated and used atop pastas, pizza, stews and soups this cheese’s flavor has been likened to the ever favorite Romano cheese. Myzithra is a whey cheese imported from Greece.
