Mushroom Leaf is small to medium in size, measuring approximately 5 to 7 centimeters in length and 3 to 5 centimeters in width. The leaves are spade-shaped, tapering to a sharp point opposite the stem, with a smooth and glossy finish and a rigid structure. Mushroom leaf has a deep green color with a muted underside and distinct arcuate veining. Mushroom leaf has little to no aroma but a robust spicy, nutty, and earthy flavor enhanced with cooking.
