Description/Taste
Palm Sugar, also known as coconut palm is produced from the sap of the coconut flower buds. The sap is collected, boiled and whipped which creates a sticky and richly sweet sugary paste. Sugar palm paste can be used as a sweetener, flavor enhancer for curries, and sauces.
