Description/Taste
White peach purée is made with fresh White peaches, which have a white flesh that is tinged with small red veins, offering a sweet peach flavor. The White peach purée can be used for making peach Bellinis, which was first created in Venice, Italy in 1948 at Harry’s bar. This purée is also great for dessert applications or savory dishes, pairing well with pork, chicken or red meat.
