Description/Taste
Starship squash is a dark green squash that has a flattened round shape with scalloped edges. The squash grows to 2-6 centimeters wide and 3-7 centimeters in diameter. When young Starship squash has creamy, tender flesh and a central seed cavity with small underdeveloped seeds. As the squash matures it will become more woodsy and the seeds will be unedible. The flavor of Starship squash is sweet and nutty with grassy undertones.
