Bob's Red Mill Sweet Cream Buttermilk Powder is Made from 100% all-natural cream from cows that were not treated with hormones. Whisk or blend dry Sweet Cream Buttermilk Powder with water in a 1:7 ratio (powder:water) for liquid milk. You can also use in all baked goods as a buttermilk substitute.
