Description/Taste
Namikura Aka Red miso is made with organic whole soybeans, organic rice, water, sea salt & koji and aged for at least 6 months. The longer aging process, less rice and adding more soybeans during production gives the miso a darker color and stronger flavor. Use in salad dressings, marinades, sauces, and Japanese-style Miso soup.
