Description/Taste
Namikura Kyoto Shiro white miso is made with organic whole soybeans, organic rice, water, sea salt & koji and aged for 3 months. This creamy blonde miso has a mild soybean, slightly sweet flavor and is less salty making it very versatile. Use in salad dressings, marinades, sauces, and Japanese-style Miso soup.
