Description/Taste
Haku Mizunara Whisky Barrel Aged Shoyu is crafted using traditional mushiro koji process and age in Japanese whisky barrels made from Mizunara hard wood, a type of Japanese Oak which lends a mellow, slightly sweet flavor to this shoyu.
