Sakura Cherry Blossom Shoyu is hand crafted to celebrate the significance of the cherry blossom, representing the beauty and fragility of life. The blossoms are collected and dipped in a red shiso vinegar brine and salted to preserve. They are then aged for one year in barrels of white shoyu, imparting their perfume and color into the shoyu.
