Haku Smoked Shoyu is crafted using traditional mushiro koji process and after aging, follow a cold-smoking process unique to the Haku family company using Mizunara hard wood, a type of Japanese Oak which lends a beautiful, lively smoke flavor to this shoyu. Use sparingly as a finishing shoyu.
