Haku Black Garlic Shoyu is crafted using traditional techniques and paired with flavors of black garlic to create a unique and complex product. Aromas of earthy must on the nose and flavors of raisin, fig, molasses and garlic on the tongue. Use as a finishing shoyu or stand-alone ingredient.
