Beylik Family farms uses hydroponic farming to grow flavorful tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. Sunburst squash is a bright yellow squash with a green center at both its blossom and stem end. It has a flattened round shape and scalloped edges. Sunburst squash are smaller in size and are 5-8 centimeters in diameter. The tender flesh is nutty and buttery with hints of sweetness.
