Pacific Rim’s Asian Pear Puree is created from Asian pears sourced directly from the Chiba Prefecture in Japan, which is a region known for its mild climate and long growing season. Utilizing whole fruits with minimal processing, Asian Pear Puree is comprised of true, natural flavors and essential oils, and does not contain artificial colorings, flavorings, or preservatives. Asian pears have a subtly sweet scent mixed with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg and have a melon-like, mildly nutty flavor. Asian Pear Puree is suitable for use in both sweet and savory applications, including but not limited to beverages, desserts, baked goods, and sauces.
