Pacific Rim’s Buddha’s Hand Puree is created from Buddha’s hand sourced directly from the San Joaquin Valley in California, which is a region known for its temperate climate and exceptionally flavored citrus. Utilizing whole fruits with minimal processing, Buddha’s Hand Puree is comprised of true, natural flavors and essential oils, and does not contain artificial colorings, flavorings, or preservatives. Buddha’s Hand has a bright citrus and floral aroma and a tart, subtly sweet flavor with notes of Meyer lemon, kumquat, bergamot, and mandarin orange. Buddha’s Hand Puree is suitable for use in both sweet and savory applications, including but not limited to beverages, desserts, baked goods, and sauces.
