Pacific Rim’s Mango Puree is created from the Hoa Loc sourced directly from a farm in Dong Thap, Vietnam. Utilizing the smaller, elongated, and juicy mangos with minimal processing, Mango Puree is comprised of true, natural flavors and essential oils, and does not contain artificial colorings, flavorings, or preservatives. Mangoes have a prominent, fruity aroma and a tropical flavor with notes of mandarin and honeydew melon. Mango Puree is suitable for use in both sweet and savory applications, including but not limited to beverages, desserts, baked goods, curries, and sauces.
