Pacific Rim’s Mulberry Puree is created from mulberries sourced directly from Hiep Thuan, a small village in Vietnam that has one of the most well-suited, temperate climates in southern Asia for mulberry cultivation. Utilizing whole fruits with minimal processing, Mulberry Puree is comprised of true, natural flavors and essential oils, and does not contain artificial colorings, flavorings, or preservatives. Mulberries have a musky, fruity, and woody scent and a matching musky and woody, sweet-tart flavor. Mulberry Puree is suitable for use in both sweet and savory applications, including but not limited to beverages, desserts, baked goods, and sauces.
