Pacific Rim’s Red Dragon Fruit Puree is created from dragon fruit sourced directly from farms in Binh Thuan, Vietnam, which is a region prized for its warm climate and sandy soil, producing brightly colored fruits. Utilizing whole fruits with minimal processing, Red Dragon Fruit Puree is comprised of true, natural flavors and essential oils, and does not contain artificial colorings, flavorings, or preservatives. Dragon fruit has a mildly grassy, fruity aroma and a tropical, kiwi-like flavor mixed with watermelon and raspberry. Red Dragon Fruit Puree is suitable for use in both sweet and savory applications, including but not limited to beverages, desserts, baked goods, and sauces.
