Pacific Rim’s Tamarind Puree is created from Makham Waan tamarind sourced from the Phetchabun region of Northern Thailand. Utilizing whole fruits with minimal processing, Tamarind Puree is comprised of true, natural flavors and essential oils, and does not contain artificial colorings, flavorings, or preservatives. Tamarind has a sweet and sour flavor with notes of citrus, apricots, and dates. Tamarind Puree is suitable for use in both sweet and savory applications, including but not limited to beverages, desserts, baked goods, and sauces.
