Pacific Rim’s Yuzu Puree is created from yuzu fruit sourced directly from Miyazaki, Japan, which is a region known for its terroir and exceptionally flavored citrus. Utilizing whole fruits with minimal processing, Yuzu Puree is comprised of true, natural flavors and essential oils, and does not contain artificial colorings, flavorings, or preservatives. Yuzu has a floral, citrus scent and an acidic, sweet-tart flavor with notes of lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, and pine. Yuzu Puree is suitable for use in both sweet and savory applications, including but not limited to beverages, desserts, baked goods, and sauces.
