Deer Creek Blue Jay Cheese is a quintuple cream blue cheese made in Wisconsin. Blue Jay Cheese is made using five ten-gallon cans of cream in each vat, resulting in a rich and buttery cheese. Bits of crushed juniper berries are added to this blue cheese, giving the Deer Creek Blue Jay Cheese a piney taste. Deer Creek's Blue Jay Cheese is perfect to pair with thick-cut steaks, lamb burgers, or in a salad.
