Montebello Pasta has been making traditional Italian pastas using only 100% durum wheat semolina since 1388. Tagliatelle is a traditional pasta from Bologna measuring 7 to 8 mm wide and shaped like ribbons. Tagliatelle has a density that holds up well with heavier sauces like ragu and alfredo.
