Shredded Swiss cheese from Lakeview Cheese is made from partially skimmed cow’s milk and is buttery and creamy with a nutty finish. With a stronger flavor than other semi-soft white cheese varieties, shredded swiss is perfect for adding a little tang to grilled cheese, on top of a burger with mushrooms, or added to a cheese sauce.
