Alexandre Family Farm is a California Dairy farm that produces A2 dairy products that are organic and delicious. Conventional cow’s milk contains two types of beta casein protein, A1 and A2. A2 Milk contains only A2 protein. The absence of the A1 protein is naturally occurring and makes the dairy easier to digest. Alexandre Organic A2/A2 Whole Milk can be used in place of whole milk in any recipe.
