Carrington Farms Unrefined Coconut oil is a virgin oil, meaning it is made from the first press of fresh coconut meat. Coconut oil has a medium-high smoke point of 350F, which is ideal for cooking at high temperatures. It is also more easily digestible than other oils or shortenings. Carrington Farms unrefined oil is Certified Organic and contains no GMOs or chemicals. Unrefined coconut oil has as creamy coconut flavor that adds demension to roasted vegetables, meat, and stir-fries.
