Summerhill Goat Dairy Farm is a family owned and operated small production goat farm located in California. Goat milk is naturally lower in lactose, less allergenic, easier to digest, and naturally homogenized. Lightly pasteurized and free of any added ingredients, Summerhill Goat milk boasts a tangy and grassy flavor that is creamy, refreshing, and slightly sweet. Goat milk can be enjoyed on its own, used to add a sweety and tangy flavor to any dish, or used to make fresh goat yogurt and chevre.
