Description/Taste
The Meyer lemon is a cross between a lemon and Mandarin orange. This lemon is native to China and was brought to the United States in the early 1900’s. The Meyer lemon is known for its sweet citrus flavor. Meyer lemon juice can be used in a variety of ways including cocktails, roasts, baked goods, salads, sauces and desserts.
