Description/Taste
Peppadew peppers are sometimes referred to as "piquante peppers" and are native to South Africa. Similar to the African Cherry pepper, Peppadew peppers are typically never eaten raw. Canned Peppadew peppers offer a sweet yet sour taste due to the preserving process. These peppers are easy to stuff, use in salad dressings and can add a vibrant red color to any dish.
