Made from primarily Majorero Goat’s milk produced in the Canary Islands, The Smoking Goat cheese has a high fat and protein content, creating a smooth, elastic texture. The cheese is aged for a week and then naturally smoked over mild beech wood, creating a light smokey flavor and mild tang. The Smoking Goat cheese is perfect for cheeseboards, sauces, or melted in a steak sandwich.
