Description/Taste
Green Bee cherry tomatoes are small fruits, averaging 2 to 3 centimeters in diameter, and have a round to oval shape tapering to a point opposite the stem. The tomatoes have a thin, taut, and succulent skin with a smooth sheen showcasing variegated hues of green, yellow, and rusted orange. Beneath the surface, the flesh is bright green and has an aqueous, firm, and dense consistency, encasing gelatinous chambers filled with small, flat, and oval seeds. Green Bee cherry tomatoes have a sweet, vegetal aroma and are low in acidity, developing, rich, sweet, and tangy flavors with an umami finish.
