Custom Culinary bases are made with the finest ingredients and designed for commercial production. Lobster Base is made from a combination of cooked lobster, tomato, and aromatic spices used to enhance the sweet and butter flavor of the shellfish. This base is perfect for rice, pasta, stews, and stews. Each 16 oz container of Lobster Base will reconstitute to 5 gallons of Lobster stock.
