Dehesa Cordobesa® Chorizo is made from 100% purebred, acorn-fed, free-range Iberico pigs raised in the Valle de los Pedroches in Cordoba, Spain. Coarsely chopped pork is mixed with pork fat and flavored with smoky paprika to create a rich and velvety dried sausage with a sharp, peppery flavor.
