Dehesa Cordobesa® Jamon is made from 100% purebred, acorn-fed, free-range Iberico pigs raised in the Valle de los Pedroches in Cordoba, Spain. Jamon is made from leg of the pig and is dry-cured for at least two and a half years, creating a perfectly balanced sweet and savory flavor and a rich and butter texture.
