Windrose Farm is a 50-acre, family-owned farm located near Paso Robles. The farm combines vegetable crop rotation, a fruit orchard, and heritage breed livestock to create a sustainable farming model. The Spencer family has been dedicated to growing flavorful, healthy, and sustainable fruits and vegetables for over thirty years. Chinese garlic bulbs are round with 8-10 cloves centered around a central, woody stalk. The garlic’s outer wrappings are thin and parchment-like and are white with some violet streaks. The cloves are uniform crescents and can range in color from light gold to white. Chinese garlic is creamy, spicy, and pungent.
