Hamilton Meats is a San Diego meat packer founded in 1932 that offers high quality Organic, Grass-Fed, Choice, and Prime meats. Hamilton Meats has a Eco-Friendly Facility that is LEED certified green that is USDA monitored daily to insure proper handling techniques. Hanger steaks are cut from the plate section of the cow which has tougher muscle tissue and thick marbling. Each boneless Hanger steak is cut from USDA Choice certified beef and is individually packaged to ensure freshness.
