Description/Taste
Dried Glucose Syrup is made by removing at least 93% of the water from glucose corn syrup, leaving behind a white, odorless, and slightly hygroscopic powder. The powder has a mild sweet taste and a texture that disintegrates quickly on the tongue. Dried Glucose Syrup can be used to improve the texture and flavor of foods, and as a thickening agent in sauces, dressings, and other condiments.
