Description/Taste
Tlayudas Grandes are authentic Oaxacan tortillas. The tortillas are traditionally made with Bolita corn and is toasted in a clay pan known as a comal. This technique gives the tortilla a dry and semi-brittle consistency and incredible toasted flavor and aroma. Mi Casita Oaxaquena Tlayudas are made fresh in Santa Rosa, California using traditional methods. Tlayudas Grandes measure approximately 14 inches in diameter and can be used to make traditional Oaxacan tlayudas or in any dish requiring large corn tortillas.
