Description/Taste
Volpi meats have been family cured and crafted since 1902. Volpi Capocolla is an uncooked, cured pork shoulder surrounded by red pepper. The meat is slow cooked to create a full-bodied flavor. Capocolla can be thin-sliced and added to sandwiches and pizzas or served along side a salty cheese on a charcuterie board.
