Emmentharel cheese, also known as Swiss cheese from Switzerland has been around for one and half centuries. It has a light golden color and is described as having a tangy taste. Pure cow’s milk is used and the flavor is nutty as well as mild. Works well as a dessert cheese, table snack or with fruit and is traditionally used in quiche Lorraine and fondues.
