Passion fruit juice is extracted from the passion fruit that is also known as granadilla. Passion fruit juice has a dark red to magenta color and has a sweet and slightly tart flavor. This juice is a great source of vitamin C, vitamin A and dietary fiber. Passion fruit juice is great to enjoy as a cold beverage, but can also be used in various dessert and baking applications.
