Balsamic vinegar from Tondo Balsamic of Modena has a rich dark color and is aged for 12 years in a cask. This balsamic vinegar has a sweet flavor and a slightly acidic taste. This balsamic vinegar is great on top of fruits such as strawberries, figs, pears, and goes well with grilled meats, seafood and poultry.
