Description/Taste
Piquillo peppers are grown in northern Spain whose name in Spanish means "little beak." These peppers are hand harvested and offer a richly sweet yet spicy flavor. After being picked these peppers are fire roasted then canned. Piquillo peppers are often served as tapas in Spain stuffed with cheese or included in soups and other dishes.
