Description/Taste
Old fashioned steel-cut oat are cut to enhance flavor of Irish Oats. The distinctive hearty, chewy texture of steel-cut oats makes Irish oatmeal a favorite. Steel-cut oats are whole grain groats (the inner portion of the oat kernel) cut into only two or three pieces. Golden color and resemble mini rice particles.
