Description/Taste
A wide, ridged, tube-shaped dry pasta perfect for full-flavored sauces. Its holes are large enough to secure pieces of meat or vegetables in sauces. The ridges also hold sauce. Rigatoni is one of the most commonly used forms of pasta in Southern and Central Italy.
